MAWCO Commercial Services is a Full-Service General Contractor, Electrical Contractor, and Commercial Maintenance Company established in 1980 with his father, Bob Wrenn, CCB 34925. Company growth was built on integrity, pride in workmanship, ability to adapt and true Customer Service. In 1992, Mike Wrenn took these qualities to expand to national commercial and residential property management companies and national retail chains.
MAWCO Commercial Services currently has multiple divisions to efficiently work in commercial and residential construction and maintenance. MAWCO divisions include Michael A Wrenn Construction, commercial and residential GC, MAWCO Maintenance, commercial janitorial, maintenance and 24 hour work orders, MAWCO Electric, providing full service commercial and residential electrical construction and maintenance, Capital Improvements, full service multi-unit housing construction and maintenance, including siding, decks windows, doors, interior and exterior painting, rehabs, adding washer and dryers, and any capital interior and exterior improvements
